Summary
The primary method of signing into a customer's location is via a QR code. Employees will need to download and sign into the Smartek app and use this to scan the QR code when entering and exiting a customer's location
Each time you do this, your compliance status will be checked and time and attendance will be captured.
Please note that downloading the Smartek app should be the last step in the Smartek compliance process.
Before this step you need to have completed the following;
- Registered your company
- Added employees
- Linked company and employees to the customer and customer locations
- All Company and employee compliances approved
- Completed all employee inductions
If the steps above have not been completed you will have difficulty accessing the customer's location and there is a high possibility your access will be denied.
QR Code Sign In / Sign Out
If your customer is using QR codes, please follow the steps below;
Steps:
- Download Smartek App.
- Sign In
- Press the Scan button.
- Scan the QR Code.
- Repeat steps 1-4 when exiting the location.
