Smartek Id cards are required to access our mutual client sites. We need your completed profile with photo and companies completed profile to be able to prepare Smartek ID card. Please follow below to request a card for you and your team.

Upload Photo
- Sign In/ Sign up to Smartek
- Go to the My Profile Tab.
- Upload a photo to your profile.
This can be done by yourself or for other employees in your organization. Upload photo for your employees by navigating to "Employees" and edit each employee to change photo and update any other information required.
Request for card
(ADMINS) Once you have upload photos for yourself and other employees, please navigate to Link Employees to link one or more of your employees to the customer.
After linking the employees, press "Request A Card" to submit card request and Smartek will process and send you the printed cards. Smartek will send the cards to your mailing address provided in your company profile. Please make sure the address is correct and can receive cards.

Next Steps
- Present your Smartek ID card to the staff member on-site.
- Scan your card against the Smartek card reader.
- Repeat steps 1-2 to Sign out.
