In this article, we will guide you to setup Smartek Kiosk with Dymo Label Printer for your location for Visitor and Contractor Access. By the end of the setup, you will have fully functional Smartek Kiosk ready to allow sign-ins and print label if enabled.

Install Smartek Kiosk

To install Smartek Kiosk browse to address https://kiosk.smartek.net.au/ and look for the install App button as shown in below screenshot. Install app action will install the kiosk app into your browser and please double check the options enabled as per the screenshot below




Once app is installed, click on "Setup Kiosk" to configure the kiosk. For this step you will need username and password for your site. Please contact administrator or account manager for this information. 

Each username and password identifies the site uniquely, please make sure you have the right kiosk username and password.



Connecting to Label Printer

To print labels via Dymo Label printer, please follow the instructions as per the documentation provided by the label printer. As per the documentation, please install any supporting software required as per the documentation.


Dymo label software installs the driver and the webservice software that helps to integrate and works with Smartek Kiosk.

Please verify your installation by Dymo icon appearing on your taskbar software on the bottom right area of the screen.



Your Smartek kiosk is now ready for your visitors and contractors.
