One Page - Customer & Contractor Management
We've crafted a centralised overview tailored for both contractors and customers, prioritising simplicity and accessibility. Contractors can effortlessly handle their roles, location details, compliances, and inductions using our user-friendly overview page. This consolidated feature streamlines navigation, allowing easy access to notes, compliances, induction updates, and comprehensive checks—all conveniently available in one place.
Smartek - SSO
We added Single Sign-On (SSO) configurability directly from the portal. Now, administrators have the power to customise and fine-tune their SSO settings effortlessly, all within the user-friendly portal interface. This means enhanced flexibility, better security, and a seamless authentication experience.

Other Minor Updates and Improvements
- Geofencing now extends its capabilities to the Visitor Kiosk! We've introduced a feature that enables the enforcement of geo-fencing for visitors and contractors. If they are not within the specified radius, signing in to the site will be restricted. Stay secure with this added layer of location-based access control.
- Kiosk - Ability to scan Smartek QR Code to identify a contractor visiting the site.
- Compliance Management - Location level compliant status is now available to report for each specific location.
